I will be your Whole30 Fairy Godmother. You will get daily emails to prepare you for what the day will bring with many resources.

We will check in with each other daily or as much as necessary via video mail on the Marco Polo platform

You are required to have a working knowledge of Whole30 either from the free website resources or from reading the books.

You will be required to purchase (and use) the Day by Day Journal and Food Freedom Forever books.
