Fabulous After 50 Favorite Whole30 Recipes
I am one of the moderators for the Fabulous After 50 Whole30 Facebook Group. We have a lot of varied skills and backgrounds. But one thing is certain - we have good taste! I have asked the Fab50 group for their favorites and for ease of use, I have put all the links here with credit to the developer. Have fun! Who knew it was so tasty to be healthy?
Soups - we’ll start with soup as it is my favorite thing. It’s interchangeable for Meal 1, 2 or 3. Soup is the very best to go food - blend it up and put it in your travel mug. Week 1? Use it as a snack. Keep it in the freezer for when you get home and you just CAN’T cook another thing. Soup is my secret weapon.
